Asynchronous wild-type (E3536) budding yeast cells were fixed and imaged on a Leica DM6000 with 63x HCX PlanAPO 1.4NA, 13 z-planes (0.3µm) and Coolsnap HQ2 camera. This image has been deconvolved with Huygens Pro and shows Mad2-GFP (green) and Spc42-mCherry (red). The accompanying image shows the cells by DIC.
