政府或市监单位可以通过监测农贸市场的均价以及均价的正、负浮动值,并分别设定一个合理的正浮动补贴价格与负浮动补贴价格,若市场价格高于正浮动的补贴价格,政府或市监单位可根据差价对生产者进行补贴,从而稳定市场价格(即降价),若市场价格低于负浮动的补贴价格,政府或市监单位可根据差价对生产者进行补贴,从而保障生产者的利益和生产积极性。1、数据采集:从本地服务器中提取农贸市场关于香菜2023年一年当中每日的菜品最高价与最低价:2、处理数据:将每日的最低价与最高价分别进行累加,进而得到A(菜品最低价总和)与B(菜品最高价总和),进一步通过公式(A+B)/2/365得出香菜的C(均价),进一步提取2023年中最高价的峰值与最低价的谷值,该峰值与谷值分别作为该数据的年最高价与年最低价,进一步将(年最高价与C(均价)的差的绝对值)/C(均价)*100%,从而得出+浮动值,进一步将(年最低价与C(均价)的差的绝对值)/C(均价)*100%,从而得出-浮动值,进一步根据得出的+浮动值与-浮动值确定均价的浮动区间(-浮动值~+浮动值)。
Government and market supervision authorities can monitor the average price of agricultural wholesale markets as well as the positive and negative fluctuation values of the average price, and set a reasonable positive fluctuation subsidy price and negative fluctuation subsidy price respectively. If the market price exceeds the positive fluctuation subsidy price, the government or market supervision authorities can subsidize producers based on the price difference, so as to stabilize market prices (i.e., reduce prices). If the market price is lower than the negative fluctuation subsidy price, the government or market supervision authorities can subsidize producers based on the price difference, thereby protecting producers' interests and production enthusiasm.
1. Data Collection: Extract the daily highest and lowest prices of coriander from the local server of the agricultural wholesale market for the full year of 2023.
2. Data Processing: First, sum up the daily lowest and highest prices separately to obtain A (total sum of the produce's lowest prices) and B (total sum of the produce's highest prices). Further calculate C (the average price of coriander) using the formula (A+B)/2/365. Next, extract the peak value of the annual highest prices and the trough value of the annual lowest prices in 2023, which are taken as the annual highest price and annual lowest price of this dataset respectively. Then calculate the positive fluctuation value as [(|annual highest price - C|) / C] * 100%, and the negative fluctuation value as [(|annual lowest price - C|) / C] * 100%. Finally, determine the average price fluctuation range (-negative fluctuation value ~ positive fluctuation value) based on the calculated positive and negative fluctuation values.
