Lactoferrin is an important active protein in breast milk, which can affect the establishment of intestinal microbial community in the early stage of life. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of lactoferrin deficiency during lactation on intestinal microflora of 18-day-old and 9-week-old mice, and DSS enteritis model was established to observe the stability of microflora in lactation lactoferrin deficient mice under disease conditions.
