Object-based surface water type mapping at 10 m resolution in the Yangtze River Delta using multi-source features and a tabular foundation model

YRD-WaT is a vector dataset of water body type classifications for the Yangtze River Delta, China. The dataset covers Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai and is provided as an ESRI Shapefile in WGS 1984 geographic coordinates. Each polygon feature includes the following attributes: id, area_ha, Water_type, Name, and province. Water_type codes correspond to the following classes: 1 = Lake_Reser, 2 = River, 3 = AquacPond, 4 = StoraPond, 5 = PaddyField, and 6 = Noise. The province field indicates whether the feature originates from Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai.
