Detection of differentially-expressed genes in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (WT, MAVSko, STINGko, and LGP2ko MEFs) following exposure to ionizing radiation

Analysis of the impact of MAVS, STING, and LGP2 in MEFs in response to ionizing radiation at the gene expression level. Results provide important information on the relative contribution to cellular funtions of each individual gene knock-outs in MEFs both at the basal level and in response to genotoxic stress. Total RNA was extracted from MEFs at 48 hours post-exposure to ionizing radiation (6Gy) and compared with unirradiated controls.
