Land Use Guidance MV per Island Plan

Please read the full Island Plan document to understand the basis for this land use guidance/management map. Page 2-14 in the Plan contains a fabulous table which explains the Characteristics, Suitability, Town Policy Changes, and MVC Policy Changes applicable to each guidance/management area. The final symbology presented in the Island Plan utilizes attribute [Code_2]. [Code_2] includes the "Critical" category which came from the series of suitability analyses. This "Critical" category was internally referred to as the "Construction Exclusion Zone". The presence of this Zone trumped the initial/underlying guidance/management category that may have been assigned to a location. That initial classification can be found in the attribute [Code].
