This dataset contains the raw primary data required to run the NeoEpiVax meta-pipeline. It includes uncurated peptide sequences from multiple immunological databases (IEDB, CEDAR, TSNAdb, etc.), competitors' benchmark datasets, and human/viral proteomes for FAISS structural indexing. These files are designed to be automatically downloaded and processed by the NeoEpiVax pipeline to ensure 100% reproducibility of the published results.
