资源简介:

This folder contains the antennal grooming body part kinematics data recorded after various morphological and kinematics used for Figure 3 and its supplementary figures. Additionally, a PDF illustrating the locations of the tracked key points (
tracked_keypoints.pdf
) is provided.

This dataset represents the raw data. The data was further segmented and passed through behavioral checks for analysis, as described in the paper.

Column Descriptions

Date: Date of the experiment.

Genotype: Genotype of the experimental animal.

aJO-GAL4 x UAS-Chrimson
is the genotype for the optogenetic activation of the antennal JO-F neurons.

Fly: Fly number.

Exp_Type: Type of experiment. Values include:

Beh
: Intact.

HF
: Head-fixed.

RLA
: Antennae amputation.

RLF
: Foreleg amputation.

All experiments were carried out using optogenetic stimuli.

Trial: Trial number.

Frame: Frame number captured at 100 frames per second.

Pose_<side>_<key_point>_<axis>:
Pose of the
<key_point>
in the
<side>
of the fly in 3D coordinates.
The
<axis>
can be 'x', 'y', or 'z'. Key point names are provided in the accompanying PDF file.
The origin point is defined as the center of the fly thorax.

Angle_<side>_<joint>:
Angle of the
<joint>
in the
<side>
of the fly, given in degrees.
Joint angles are defined as described in Lobato-Rios, 2022, Nature Methods.

Stimulus: Whether the optogenetic stimulus was on or off at the time of frame capture.

Time: Time in seconds from the start of the experiment.
