As part of a larger study involving novel HDAC complex inhibitors, cultures were treated with 0.6% DMSO, 400 μM TSA, or 400 μM E6, then ChIP-Seq was performed via Sin3-(3xHA) Cultures of sin3∆ S. cerevisiae cells expressing a Sin3-(3xHA) protein were treated with DMSO, TSA or E6. ChIP-sequencing was performed with an established ChIP-grade anti-HA antibody. Two biologically independent replicates (independent pull-downs) were collected for each treatment.
