<p> The data contains responses from surveys conducted among real estate professionals regarding property valuation. A total of 170 people took part in the study, and the respondents were divided into two research groups, with one group being subjected to the anchoring effect with an underestimated value and the other group being subjected to the anchoring effect with an overestimated value.
