(2021) Data from: MetaComNet: A random forest-based framework for making spatial prediction of plant-pollinator interactions. Methods in Ecology and Evolution and deposited at doi:10.5061/dryad.n02v6wwzn All Occurrence records for 40 wild bee species within the spatial extent (9.990725, 12.19274, 59.08529, 61.31877) were first downloaded on the 16.07.2021 and only species records from 2001-2021 and a coordinate uncertainty < 101m were retained. The data were downloaded again on the 17.10.2021 to obtain datasetkeys. Records between the two downloads were matched to ensure overlap. Records were downloaded for the following species: "Andrena denticulata" "Andrena fucata" "Andrena lathyri" "Andrena semilaevis" "Andrena subopaca" "Andrena tarsata" "Andrena wilkella" "Bombus hortorum" "Bombus humilis" "Bombus hypnorum" "Bombus jonellus" "Bombus lapidarius" "Bombus pascuorum" "Bombus pratorum" "Bombus ruderarius" "Bombus soroeensis" "Bombus sylvarum" "Bombus wurflenii" "Colletes daviesanus" "Colletes floralis" "Colletes similis" "Eucera longicornis" "Halictus rubicundus" "Halictus tumulorum" "Hylaeus angustatus" "Hylaeus brevicornis" "Hylaeus rinki" "Lasioglossum albipes" "Lasioglossum calceatum" "Lasioglossum fratellum" "Lasioglossum leucopus" "Lasioglossum rufitarse" "Megachile circumcincta" "Megachile willughbiella" "Panurginus romani" "Panurgus banksianus" "Panurgus calcaratus" "Trachusa byssina" "Bombus lucorum" "Bombus terrestris" For B. lucorum and B. terrestris values in the "species" column were changed into "Bombus sensu strictu" because species within the lucorum complex cannot be reliably identified from morphological characteristics alone.
