Clinical data of 83 NPC patients, including 56 males and 27 females. Data acquisition was performed using a Philips Achieva 3.0T TX scanner and a 16 channel head and neck joint coil, followed by routine plain and enhanced MRI scans. Scanning parameters: T2WI cross-sectional repetition time TR 4780s, echo time TE 88.8s; T1WI cross-sectional TR 360 seconds, TE 13.8 seconds. After completing the flat scan, the patient Gadolinate meglumine contrast agent was injected into the elbow vein at a dose of 0.1 mmol/kg. Subsequently, T1 cross-sectional, coronal, and sagittal scans were performed using frequency attenuated inversion recovery fat suppression technique (SPAIR), with a FOV of 240 mm, a layer thickness of 4 mm, and a spacing of 1mm. The excitation frequency was NEX 2. Observation indicators: (1) Imaging changes. Observe and compare the T2WI and T1WI signals of tumor lesions before and after radiotherapy, as well as observe the invasion of tumor lesions and lymph node changes. (2) The diameter of the tumor lesion and changes in lymph nodes. Observe and compare the diameter and lymph node changes of tumor lesions before and after radiotherapy in patients. (3) Change in dispersion coefficient ADC value. Observe and compare the changes in tumor lesions and lymph node ADC before and after radiotherapy in patients.
