Data from: Studies in the Neotropical melanopodous Polyporus species (Polyporales, Basidiomycota), plus some considerations on the genus itself

This dataset contains the phylogenetic alignments used for analyses and figures in the corresponding scientific publication, including multi-gene datasets (ITS, LSU, RPB1, TEF1) used to revise the taxonomy of Neotropical Polyporus species, particularly melanopodous taxa, and to evaluate alternative concepts of genus delimitation.
