ATOMIC locked validation audit: audit outputs and partial reproduction materials

Companion audit outputs and partial reproduction materials for “Near-chance external discrimination in a locked validation audit of ATOMIC for microbiome-based atopic dermatitis prediction”. The archive contains selected locked protocols and decision criteria, analysis scripts, historical environment evidence, ordered feature lists, aggregate performance and sensitivity results, B4 bootstrap metric replicates, input/model provenance hashes, and a manuscript table/figure-to-output map. Participant-indexed predictions, labels, scores and split/fold memberships are not deposited. Third-party abundance tables, clinical metadata, sequencing reads, embeddings, fitted model weights and graph objects are not redistributed. The aggregate train-only graph edge CSV is excluded; exact cohort/model score and probability extrema are also omitted conservatively. Missing inputs must be obtained lawfully under the original source conditions; no access service for excluded participant-linked files is promised. This is an audit-output archive with partial numerical reproduction coverage, not a complete standalone training/inference environment. MIT applies to author-controlled original audit code, and CC BY 4.0 applies to author-created documentation and aggregate tables, as itemized in LICENSE_MAP.csv. Third-party rights are excluded.
