蝙蝠饮食的分子操作分类单元(MOTU)序列:包含所有经过滤与生物信息学处理后得到的MOTU及其对应序列,上述序列的原始数据来自蝙蝠粪便DNA的扩增与大规模测序,对应数据文件为All_bat_individuals_diet_MOTU_sequences_representatives.fasta。 经生物信息学处理的蝙蝠饮食序列:包含所有通过蝙蝠粪便DNA扩增与大规模测序获得的序列,已剔除拷贝数低于15的序列,以及未在两份扩增重复样本中均检出的序列,对应数据文件为All_bat_individuals_diet_sequences_bioinformatically_processed.fasta。 用于构建蛾类系统发育树的完整COI序列:包含从生命条形码数据系统(BOLD)下载的完整细胞色素c氧化酶亚基I(COI)序列,用于构建本研究涉及蛾类的系统发育树,对应数据文件为Lepidoptera_COI_phylogeny.fasta。 蛾类系统发育树:基于蛾类COI序列构建的蛾类系统发育树文件,对应数据文件为Lepidoptera_COI_phylogeny.tre。
