*The ratio of observed clustering to expected clustering for the lists of differentially expressed genes between mutant and wild -type organisms (fdr0.1) shows that RBF1 and dCAP-D3 shared target genes are 6–10 fold more likely to be present in clusters. Chromosomal clustering is calculated as the number of pairs of genes within 10,000 bp among the differentially expressed genes.
