Analysis of gene expression profile of CD19-specific TRuC and CAR T-cells, before and after co-culture with CD19-positive Raji tumor cells for 4 hours. T cells were generated with T cells from 3 healthy donors. The study was done with NanoString Gene Expression Assay - Human Immunology V2 CodeSet. Overall design: Non-transduced as well as CD19-specific TRuC, CD28z and 41BBz CAR T cells were generated with T cells from 3 healthy donors. T cells were collected before and after co-culture with tumor cells. NanoString analysis was carried out with cell lysates.
