"This study addresses the core problem of children\u2019s medical toys\u2014fear reduction\u2014perceived design affordance (PDA) and proposes a closed evidentiary loop from interpretable design variables to generative optimization. We construct a 9-dimension, 5-level controllable semantic space (Color, Material, Humanization, Environmental Interaction, Structure, Function-orientation, Sound, Scale, Customization) with five core medical elements (humanoid agent, operating table, desk module, CT unit, function keys) to generate 45 scenes.This repository provides the full dataset and analysis pipeline for a study on children\u2019s perceived design affordance (PDA), fear, and approach behaviour in pediatric imaging environments (e.g., CT rooms). Data were collected in five hospitals from N=157 children (151 valid cases) aged 3\u201312 years, their accompanying parent, and a tri-source subsample with observer ratings."
