To monitor, nascent DNA synthesis in the thymidine limited growth condition. We performed nascent DNA sequence using the eCOMB cell. The BrdU-labeled nascent DNA strands (BrdU-DNA) were immunoprecipitated (IP) from sonicated total chromosomal DNA (Input) using an anti-BrdU antibody. Illumina sequencing libraries were prepared from the Input and IP samples and sequenced (Nascent DNA sequencing: ND-seq).
