资源简介:
Giant miscanthus (Miscanthus x giganteus Greef et Deu) is a promising bioenergy species that can grow in marginal and abandoned fallow areas. It is highly productive and can clean up soils from organic and inorganic pollutants. This bioproject is devoted to assessing the effect of oil sludge (8810 mg of TPHs/kg), Zn2+ (1650 mg/kg), Pb2+ (480 mg/kg) or oil sludge-heavy metal contamination on the rhizosphere microbiome of miscanthus grown in leached chernozem under laboratory pot experiment. Studying the formation of rhizosphere microbial community, which ensure plant growth in unfavorable settings and remediation of contaminated soil, is important for revealing the biotechnological potential of miscanthus growing on contaminated leached chernozem.
