Organ Mapping Antibody Panel (OMAP) for Multiplexed Antibody-Based Imaging of Human Heart with CODEX

Representative dataset of OMAP-28 from a CODEX experiment performed on heart FFPE sections. The dataset contains 38 antibodies and the nuclear marker DAPI. The top section is from a left ventricle and the bottom section is from a left atrium. The marker list and order is in the file MarkerList.txt.
