Data and materials for: Development and pre-locked strict-L5 adjudicated testing of a modular source-verification workflow for reporting-guidance item sets in clinical epidemiology

This dataset contains the protocols, coding forms, adjudication files, derived datasets, analysis outputs, tables, manuscript materials, and scripts for a methods and meta-research study developing a modular source-verification workflow for reporting-guidance item-set sources in clinical epidemiology. The archived package includes the Protocol-v4 pre-locked strict-L5 recoding and completed adjudication layer. In the selected Protocol-v4 holdout, final strict adjudicated L5 was met by 18/22 unique guidance objects, dual-independent strict L5 by 10/22, and strict independent exact-location concordance by 0/22. These are reported as distinct methodological endpoints.
