This dataset contains the de-identified individual participant data (IPD) underlying the results reported in the manuscript: "Safety and Efficacy of Weishen Decoction in Elderly Patients with Kidney-Yang Deficient Senile Osteoporosis: A Randomized Trial" The data were collected from a single‑center, randomized, double‑blind, placebo‑controlled trial (N = 72) comparing Weishen Decoction monotherapy versus placebo for 12 weeks in elderly patients with kidney‑yang deficient senile osteoporosis.
