资源简介:
Klebsiella pneumoniae is a gram negative bacterium that can cause many diseases in hospitals and in the community. Studies have shown that most Klebsiella pneumoniae infections start in intestinal epithelial cells, metastasize from the intestinal epithelium and cause infection in other parts of the body, and colonizing the intestine Klebsiella pneumoniae exacerbate the development of inflammatory diseases in the intestine and colorectal cancer. We used dual RNA sequencing to study the response of simultaneous transcription of Klebsiella pneumoniae and intestinal epithelial cells during in vitro infection. It is hoped to explore the colonization and pathogenesis mechanism of Klebsiella pneumoniae in the intestine.
