The Teacher's World Survey

This the raw data collected from our survey conducted via Google Forms regarding TESOL teacher motivation. Questions from Part One ask teachers to report on their values. Questions from Part Two ask teachers to report on the current circumstances in their present job. Additionally, the last 4 questions ask them about their overall satisfaction from their current job, and career on the whole. Biodata and free-response sections were included at the end of the survey, though this was not quantitatively analyzed.本数据集为我们通过谷歌表单（Google Forms）开展的针对英语作为第二语言教学（TESOL）教师职业动机的调研所采集的原始数据。问卷第一部分请教师填报自身的价值取向；第二部分要求教师汇报当前任职岗位的实际工作情况。此外，最后四道问题用于了解教师对当前工作及整体职业的综合满意度。问卷末尾增设了个人背景信息与开放式问答板块，但该部分未进行量化分析。
