Coordinates of the main East China Sea zone are derived from the Degree Minutes values shown on the guide map. Coordinates for the Jiangsu - Shandong and Taiwan Straight - Fujian Coastal Zones are digitized from the rough guide map. This zone was declared effective by China from 10:00 local time (02:00GMT) on Saturday, 23 Nov 2013.
