The invention discloses a bio-based thermal adaptation composite material having a three-dimensional micro-nano multi-element eutectic structure and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of bio-based functional materials and building energy-saving materials. The invention has extensive raw material source, relatively low cost, simple production process, good product temperature control effect and long service life, can be applied to a novel energy-saving building in a large scale, creates significant economic benefits and social benefits, and complies with the requirement of using a new technology and a basic new material to upgrade a traditional industry and convert new and old kinetic energy.
