Rapid battery health calibration across unseen dynamic charging conditions

The dataset comprises 26 lithium-ion pouch cells (Li-Fun Technology, NCM811/graphite, 402035-type, nominal capacity 220 mAh at 3.0–4.3 V) tested under a designed dynamic-protocol-per-cell scheme, wherein each cell undergoes a predefined sequence of six distinct charging protocols.The batteries are organized into four groups:Group-1 No. 1–17Group-2 No. 18–20Group-3 No. 21–23Group-4 No. 24–26.Full details of the testing procedures are provided in the Methods section. A visual overview of the experimental workflow is presented in Supplementary Figures 2–5.Note: The testing of cell Group-1 No.2 was initially performed on 2024-01-23 but was not completed at that time. The experiment was subsequently resumed and finalized on 2024-06-24.
