本数据集主要包括：1．新冠肺炎疫情流行病学调查数据：基于《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》中的流行病学要求，采集的新冠肺炎疫情流行病学调查信息，包括流调任务信息、病例对象基本信息、发病情况信息、检测情况信息、医院就诊情况信息、十四天境外旅居史信息、交通过程史信息、活动轨迹史信息、可疑暴露史信息、既往史信息、接触者登记信息等；2．乙类、丙类呼吸道传染病流行病学调查数据：基于乙类、丙类呼吸道传染病流行病学调查业务规范，采集的乙类、丙类呼吸道传染病流行病学调查数据，包括流调任务、事件调查信息和个案调查信息；3．乙类、丙类肠道传染病流行病学调查数据：基于乙类、丙类肠道传染病流行病学调查业务规范，采集的乙类、丙类肠道传染病流行病学调查数据，包括流调任务、事件调查信息和个案调查信息；4．乙类、丙类病媒传染病流行病学调查数据：基于乙类、丙类病媒传染病流行病学调查业务规范，采集的乙类、丙类病媒传染病流行病学调查数据，包括流调任务和个案调查信息。
上述数据中所有个案流行病学调查信息覆盖约病例共13.7987万人次（新冠肺炎疫情流行病学调查所涉病例数与乙类、丙类呼吸道、肠道、病媒传染病流行病学调查所涉病例数之和）。其中所有的个人隐私信息（姓名、证件号码、联系方式、住址等）均已去隐私处理。
除上述数据外，本数据集还包括相应两个课题的第三方测评报告，可证明项目研发的一体化智能流调辅助平台支持流调人员协作，在数据处理效能、并发量、响应速度等方面满足大规模流调需求，且通过平台的应用，可切实提高一次流调成功率，缩短全程溯源时间。

This dataset primarily includes the following contents:
1. COVID-19 epidemiological investigation data: Collected in accordance with the epidemiological requirements specified in the *COVID-19 Prevention and Control Plan (9th Edition)*, this part covers epidemiological investigation information related to COVID-19, including epidemiological investigation task information, basic information of cases, onset status information, testing status information, hospital visit status information, 14-day overseas travel history, transportation-related travel history, activity trajectory history, suspected exposure history, past medical history, contact registration information, etc.;
2. Epidemiological investigation data on Class B and Class C respiratory infectious diseases: Collected in accordance with the business specifications for epidemiological investigation of Class B and Class C respiratory infectious diseases, this part includes epidemiological investigation data for such diseases, covering epidemiological investigation tasks, event investigation information and individual case investigation information;
3. Epidemiological investigation data on Class B and Class C intestinal infectious diseases: Collected in accordance with the business specifications for epidemiological investigation of Class B and Class C intestinal infectious diseases, this part includes epidemiological investigation data for such diseases, covering epidemiological investigation tasks, event investigation information and individual case investigation information;
4. Epidemiological investigation data on Class B and Class C vector-borne infectious diseases: Collected in accordance with the business specifications for epidemiological investigation of Class B and Class C vector-borne infectious diseases, this part includes epidemiological investigation data for such diseases, covering epidemiological investigation tasks and individual case investigation information.

All individual case epidemiological investigation information in the above datasets covers approximately 137,987 person-times of cases (the sum of the number of cases involved in COVID-19 epidemiological investigations and the epidemiological investigations of Class B and Class C respiratory, intestinal and vector-borne infectious diseases). All personal private information (including name, ID number, contact information, address, etc.) has been de-identified.

In addition to the above data, this dataset also includes third-party evaluation reports for two corresponding research projects, which prove that the integrated intelligent epidemiological investigation assistance platform developed by the project supports collaboration among epidemiological investigators, meets the demands of large-scale epidemiological investigations in terms of data processing efficiency, concurrency volume, response speed, etc., and that the application of the platform can effectively improve the success rate of one-time epidemiological investigations and shorten the whole-process traceability time.
