Supplementary Data 7: SNP tree with node names The tree corresponds to the one on the right panel of Supplementary Figure 2 and was generated as detailed in section 3.2.2. It is given in Newick format and can be open and visualized with phylogenetic tree editing software. Node numbers correspond to those given in the two first columns of Supplementary Data 2.补充数据7：带节点名称的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）系统发育树。该树与补充图2右侧面板中的树一致，其构建方法详见3.2.2章节。该文件采用Newick格式存储，可通过系统发育树编辑软件打开并可视化。节点编号与补充数据2前两列中所列的编号一致。
