ChIP-seq of HBECs at ALI with and without stimulation of IFN-a, IL-17, and IL-13

We used ChIP-seq to investigate epigenomic modifications in response to IFN-a, IL-17, and IL-13 in primary human bronchial epithelial cells (HBECs). Overall design: Human HBE cells were treated with IL13, IL17 IFN alpha, IL13 + IFN alpha, or a no treatment control in order to identify asthma-associated cytokine responsive enhancers and promoters through H3K27ac ChIP-seq.
