This is the dataset of the study Psychological benefits and environmental and personal moderators of guided hiking in the urban population of Catalonia carried out between 2023 and 2025 in the population of the metropolitan area of Barcelona (Catalonia) to characterize the psychological benefits of hiking in natural spaces, as well as to identify personal and environmental moderators of these effects.
