Inverse PCR sequencing data from haploid ES cells mtuagenised with barcoded piggyBac transposons. A54 file contains double end mappings from two 10k libraries and B01 files contain single end mappings from all libraries.<br>Tab-delimited text files L1-L10.txt contain derived mappings and read counts. Column total_reads indicates total reads mapping to the site, barcode_reads gives the number of these with a paired end matching the barcode shown in the barcode column.<br><br>
