Rates of photosynthesis for T. testudinum and H. johnsonii leaf sections were measured under low-oxygen versus normoxic conditions across a range of seawater pH. Localization and accumulation of ROS in plant tissues were imaged at 200x magnification using an Olympus FV 1000 confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM).Chloroplast leaf PAR transmittance data is also given before and after high PAR exposure
