资源简介:
This study was a medium to long-term follow-up of young people at ultra-high risk (UHR) for psychosis. In this study, we attempted to relocate and reassess all participants in research at the Personal Assessment and Crises Evaluation (PACE) Clinic (Orygen Youth Health, Melbourne) from 1993 – 2006 (N=416). The aim was to determine their outcome two to 14 years after identification as UHR.
311 participants (74.8%) were available for interview at follow-up [268 (64.4%) face-to-face, 40 (9.6%) telephone, three (0.7%) written]. Forty nine refused follow-up and a further 47 could not be located. Nine participants had died. Participants were asked to complete the full psychopathology and neurocognitive battery and provide a saliva sample. MRI and CANTAB were repeated if these had been conducted at baseline.
Baseline psychopathology data is available of most participants. A majority also have some baseline neurocognitive data. Baseline scans are available for approximately 200 participants.
