Dataset and R Scripts for: A Network Psychometric Analysis of Cognitive, Psychological, Environmental, and Mathematics Achievement Variables Among Pre-Service Teachers

This repository contains the dataset, R scripts, figures, and supplementary materials associated with the study: “A Network Psychometric Analysis of Cognitive, Psychological, Environmental, and Mathematics Achievement Variables Among Pre-Service Teachers.” The study applies network psychometric methods to examine the conditional relationships among cognitive ability, psychological adaptation, environmental support, and mathematics achievement variables among pre-service teachers. Gaussian Graphical Modeling (GGM) with EBICglasso regularization was used to estimate the educational network, alongside centrality analysis, bridge centrality analysis, community detection, and bootstrap stability procedures. Included materials support the reproducibility and transparency of the reported findings and may be used for educational, methodological, and non-commercial research purposes.
