Serial laboratory data and HScore calculation for a fatal case of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis during JAK inhibitor and thalidomide therapy

This dataset contains deidentified serial laboratory findings and HScore calculation details from a fatal case of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis receiving tofacitinib and thalidomide. The data support the case report "Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis presenting with gastrointestinal hemorrhage during JAK inhibitor and thalidomide therapy: a fatal case report" submitted to Hematology. Contents: Sheet 1: Serial laboratory findings at key time points (hematology, biochemistry, coagulation, inflammatory markers, blood gas analysis) Sheet 2: HScore calculation with itemized scoring Deidentification: Patient identifiers have been removed in accordance with the Safe Harbor Method.
