Contents consulting_throughput_user_stories.csv — long format: project_id, iso_week, user_story_throughput (11,208 rows; 160 projects). manifest.csv — per-project statistics and locked calibration/evaluation pool assignment. README.md, CHANGELOG.md, CITATION.cff, LICENSE (CC-BY-4.0). Not included: Source B (Public Jira) — use Montgomery et al. (2025), doi:10.5281/zenodo.15719919. Internal anonymisation maps and raw proprietary exports are withheld. Throughput counts only User Story items completed per ISO week.
