资源简介:

This dataset contains bias-corrected and downscaled climate extreme indices at 0.25-degree resolution for 1°C and 3°C global mean warming scenarios under SSP5-2.45, derived from 9 CMIP6 models selected based on transient climate response criteria (TCR: 1.4-2.2°C). The data support analysis of differential exposure of agricultural lands to extreme weather events across farm size classes. Contents: Climate Indices (NetCDF4 format): Tx35: Days with maximum temperature >35°C (days) FD: Frost days with minimum temperature <0°C (days) CDD: Consecutive dry days index (days) Rx5: Maximum 5-day precipitation amount (mm) Data Organization: 1Degree/: Ensemble indices at 1°C global mean warming 3Degree/: Ensemble indices at 3°C global mean warming 3Degree_1DegreeChange/: Absolute and relative changes between warming scenarios Median_Ensemble_cropland/: Relative change (%) Median_Ensemble_cropland_abs/: Absolute change Figures/: Visualization of ensemble projections and individual model outputs for both warming scenarios All secondary data used in this paper are openly available from public repositories. The downscaled and bias-corrected climate data can be accessed through the Microsoft Planetary Computer (https://planetarycomputer.microsoft.com/dataset/group/cil-gdpcir). Agriculture maps are provided by EarthStat (http://www.earthstat.org/), and the dominant farm size map is available from the Harvard Dataverse repository at https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/GIVQ75.
