The data describes the mean temperature, RHU, WIN and PRE series of all grids (5°×5°) under total, non-HW and HW conditions during 1990-2021 with three different definitions (Def1, Def2 and Def3). The PRE, WIN and RHU represent the precipitation (mm), wind speed (m/s), and Relative humidity (%).
