The present analysis was executed to determine the impact of protein supplementation on changes in the muscle transcriptome following prolonged endurance training Expression profiling of human male vastus lateralus muscle at baseline and midterm during protein supplmentation. Average age of controls: 22.5. Average age of Protein-treated subjects: 21.5. All biometrics available for subjects are included in the file GSE147494_sample_biometrics.txt.
