R/V Thomas G. Thompson Navigation System Deployed 2015-09-01

The RV T.G. Thompson Navigation 01 was deployed on 2015-09-01 on R/V Thomas G. Thompson. The Research Vessel Thomas G. Thompson is owned by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and operated by the School of Oceanography at the University of Washington. This device is a Navigation System. Navigational instruments are used to measure and record positional information of ships, buoys, and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).
