Our aim was to address the oral cavity of individuals with severe congenital neutropenia (SCN)at the ecosystems level in order to unravel the underlying mechanisms in their predisposition for oral dysbiosis. Ten SCN patients (5-23 years old) and twelve healthy controls (5-22 years old) were periodontally examined (PI, BOP, CAL, PD) and provided salivary, subgingival and GCF samples.
