IRF2BP2-KO or IRF2BP2-KO-CON L02 cells were stimulated by 0.4 mM paimitic acid for 0h or 12h, to mimic hepatosteatosis in vitro, then used for RNA-seq to investigate the transcriptome variation and to explore the role of IRF2BP2 on hepatosteatosis. Analyzing the RNA-seq results and finding out the downstream target molecules of IRF2BP2 in hepatosteatosis.
