Dietary Effects on Metabolite Abundance in Dugesia dorotocephala: Complex, Control, and Minimal Diet Conditions

This dataset contains quantitative metabolomics data collected from a species of planaria, Dugesia dorotocephala, that was fasted 15 days and then fed different diets for an additional 15 days. The metabolomics analysis was conducted using a targeted GC-MS/MS method, which allowed the detailed identification and quantification of metabolites in the planaria samples. The dataset represents three dietary conditions: Complex Diet, Control Diet, and Minimal Diet. For normalization, the data was adjusted both by the weight of each sample and the internal standard, ribitol.
