资源简介:
Supplementary Data File 2: CSV file with the coordinates and evolutionary categories of ORFs included in the coexpression matrix.
wacholder_orf_id: ORF identifier used in Wacholder et al. (2023 Cell Systems). Does not have IDs for ORFs with introns (ie ORFs with introns are listed as NA)rich_orf_id: ORF identifier used in this manuscript (Rich et al. 2023) with naming convention ‘chr#_coor1’ e.g. chr1_43403gene: SGD systematic gene name, applies for only annotated ORFs, otherwise unannotated ORFs will be NAis_canonical: values are either 'canonical' or 'noncanonical'. Canonical ORFs are annotated ORFs that are classified by SGD as either Verified, Uncharacterized or Transposable element genes. Noncanonical ORFs are either unannotated ORFs or annotated ORFs that are classified by SGD as Dubious or Pseudogenes.classification: evolutionary classification, values are either 'conserved', 'de novo' or 'other'. See 'Identification of de novo and conserved ORFs' method section of manuscript for more infoorf_class: SGD gene classification, annotated ORFs can be either 'Verified', 'Uncharacterized', 'Dubious', 'transposable_element_gene' or 'pseudogene' and unannotated ORFs are 'None'chromosome: chromosome using SGD naming convention 'chr#' with chromosome number in roman numeralscoor1: start coordinate of ORFcoor2: end coordinate of ORFstrand: '+' or '-' to indicate the direction of the ORF
