Comparison of different methods for ranking markers of MLV integration.

Similarity of the ranking of integration markers obtained by each metric with that yielded by Fisher's statistical significance. The formula used to calculate the similarity is in the methods. By this formula, , and D = 1 when the ranking perfectly matches that obtained by significance. AUC - Area Under the Curve, AUPR - Area Under Precision and Recall curve, F - F score at β = 0.5, 1, 2, OR - Odd Ratio, SMI - Shannon Mutual Information, DOP - Differences Of Proportions.
