CERKL localization in differentiated SH-SY5Y neural cells.

A) SH-SY5Y cells were transfected with CERKL-HA and after 48 h cells were differentiated with 10 µM retinoic acid. The distribution of CERKL and acetyl-α-tubulin were compared after 36 h by immunofluorescence. Images at higher magnification of the rectangles in the upper row are shown below.
