the file contains BAM files generated from mapping ONT long reads to L. infantum denovo assembly and bw file. it also contain the coverage density per kb of the reference genome. R scripts used for coverage and read density analysis, for retriving LCTAS of different Leishmania species from their respective reference genome are also included.
