Host-viral relationships of sharks and rays: insights from viral composition and immune diversity

This project investigates host-virus interactions in the evolutionarily ancient and ecologically diverse Elasmobranch taxa by combining the characterization of TLR genes with the analysis of their viral community composition and diversity.
